Meet the Authors

Two passionate small group leaders and leadership trainers

Bill is a seasoned leader and counselor whose journey spans military service in Vietnam, a career in community mental health, and leadership roles in organizational development. Notably, he spent ten years as the executive director of a ranch dedicated to 48 abandoned, abused, and neglected boys, ultimately finding his calling as Adult Ministries Pastor in Phoenix, AZ.

Sandy is a passionate advocate for women's ministries and emotional well being. With decades of experience, she has led groups on topics from fitness to the power of forgiveness and has dedicated extensive time to suicide prevention and grief counseling.

With over 50 years of combined experience, Bill and Sandy have devoted 30 years to training leaders, teaching, and Celebrate Recovery ministries. They continue to inspire and empower individuals and communities through their unwavering commitment to faith, family, and service.
