How To Prepare

Thank you for scheduling your online session with Legacy Life Coaching. My goal is to create a calm, comfortable, and meaningful experience where you can focus fully on growth, clarity, and healing.

To help you get the most out of our time together, here are a few simple suggestions to prepare for your Zoom call:

Choose a quiet and comfortable location where you will have as few interruptions as possible. A peaceful setting helps you stay present and focused during our conversation.

• It's best to set-up on a desktop or laptop computer for stability and insure your camera is centered on your face.

• Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection ahead of time if possible. Headphones or earbuds often improve sound quality and privacy.

• Try to log in about 5 minutes early so you can settle in, breathe, and avoid feeling rushed.

• You may want to keep a notebook, journal, or glass of water nearby during the session.

• If there are specific topics, concerns, goals, or questions you would like to discuss, feel free to write them down beforehand. This can help guide our time together.

• Most importantly, simply come as you are. There is no need to perform, impress, or have everything figured out. This is a space for honest conversation, reflection, encouragement, and growth.

If unexpected technical issues arise, don’t worry. We will work through them together.
